Emily Grace is a rescue from the parking lot outside the shop from about 2009 and resides full-time at The Edisto Island Bookstore. Her responsibilities are greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the shop and on occasion showing them throughout the store. Her work hours seem to be limited to about 2 pm daily, afterward requiring a 4+hour afternoon nap. Taking pains to nap next to her favorite books, customers do inquire and ask for her input and reviews.
Below are several of Emily Grace's favorite and recommended books.
